Prize-winning Young Adult novelist Chris Lynch read from his National Book Award-nominated novel, Inexcusable, and from new work. The reading was followed by a discussion and question-and-answer period.
Chris Lynch currently lives in Ayr, Scotland, and his novels include Cyberia; Me, Dead Dad, and Alcatraz; Inexcusable; and Hothouse. He is currently working on a series of novels about the Vietnam war. He teaches writing at the Lesley University Low Residency MFA program.
Mr. Lynch will be introduced by Tony Eprile, visiting writer at the Shaindy Rudoff Graduate Center in Creative Writing,
and author of The Persistence of Memory
